PJ’s Super Salmon Salad

So quick and easy! This recipe is high protein and low carb – perfect for fitness fanatics and especially X Gymers. It also requires no Xperience or Xpertise, so try it with your kids!

All you need is canned salmon, sardines (optional), mayo, relish, and seasonings.

Then add some hot sauce if you want, and eat it mini taco style with seaweed strips to make it even more healthy, as if that were even possible!
