Broiled Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. frozen organic broccoli
  • Mediterranean Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Put frozen broccoli on cookie sheet.
  2. Spray quickly with coconut oil spray, and salt to taste.
  3. Broil for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven).
  4. Eat warm.

Makes 3 servings (or one if you’re PJ).

Nutrient Breakdown:

It doesn’t matter because it is a negative fat food! Eat as much as you want!

P.S. I also dip this in garlic butter and PALEOMG it’s good! I just melt about 1/2 a stick of Kerigold butter (from grass fed cows) and shake some garlic salt in with it. If you do this, you will of course, skip the cooking spray and salt step listed above.
