Ingredients:
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 7 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 10 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons curry paste
- 8 tablespoons garam masala
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 six ounce cans tomato paste
- 1 fourteen ounce can Trader Joe’s coconut cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Add spinach, broccoli or other green vegetables as desired – or not at all, if you intend to eat those separately with this. I usually leave them out, and then eat them on the same plate with this, because this makes a great dip/sauce for broiled broccoli!
Cook in crockpot on low for 10 to 14 hours.
