- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 purple onion
- 4 tbsp shredded parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- Blend all the ingredients thoroughly with an electric blender.
- Add a dash of Tabasco for an extra zing.
- Heat in microwave or stove top.
