Another quick and easy one!
This recipe is high protein and low carb – perfect for fitness fanatics and especially X Gymers. It also requires no Xperience or Xpertise, so try it with your kids!
All you need is tomato paste, Italian spice blend, cheese, and a meat or veggie.
It’s all in the video below, step by step, with all the ingredients and Xtras shown:
Step 1: Spread tomato paste evenly on the cauliflower round. You can use straight tomato paste to save time, instead of mixing tomato past with marinara sauce, like I do in the video.
Step 2: Sprinkle your fav seasoning (I use an Italian seasoning blend) on the pizza sauce (or sprinkle it on the top at the end).
Step 3: put down a layer of cheese.
Step 4: Put down your meat (i.e. pepperoni), or veggies layer.
Step 5: lock it all in with another cheese layer.
Step 6: Slide it into the oven at 350 deg. until the cheese on top starts to brown (my convection toaster oven takes about 9 minutes).
Step 7: Let it cool enough to eat and enjoy!
