Ingredients:

  • 1 pint organic egg whites
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat Parmesan
  • ground organic white meat or grass-fed beef
  • 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Spray wok with cooking spray.
  2. Pour egg whites into wok and set burner to medium.
  3. Chop spinach and mix with egg whites.
  4. Cook meat thoroughly.
  5. Mix it all up in wok (or big pan) with lemon pepper.
  6. Add Parmesan, wait until it starts to melt and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
