Meatball Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 leaves of your favorite green (like romaine lettuce, chard, etc.)
  • 2 slices grass-fed cheese of your choice
  • 1 meatball, prepared following the meatball recipe 
  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil Vegenaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup, following the “Yummy Tummy Ketchup” recipe

Instructions:

  1. See ingredients and recipes above and put it all together as a sandwich!

Makes 1 serving.
