Julio’s Taco Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey breast
  • 3 oz. grass fed shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 7 tbsp ketchup (click here for recipe)
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground turkey breast in a pan with the chicken broth (instead of oil).
  2. Mix in the taco seasoning.
  3. Dump it out of the pan onto the shredded lettuce.
  4. Put sour cream and cheese on top.

Makes 4 servings.
