Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 3 oz. grass fed shredded cheddar
- 1/4 packet taco seasoning
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 7 tbsp ketchup (click here for recipe)
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Cook the ground turkey breast in a pan with the chicken broth (instead of oil).
- Mix in the taco seasoning.
- Dump it out of the pan onto the shredded lettuce.
- Put sour cream and cheese on top.
