Guilt Free Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 leaves of your favorite broad leaf veggie
  • 2 “Rice Slice” cheese substitute
  • Mustard and/or “Yummy Tummy Ketchup”
  • 3 ounces organic lunch meat

Instructions:

Just put everything together like a normal sandwich, using the leaves instead of bread slices.

  • Carbs: 3 grams
  • Protein: 19 grams
