Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. lean grass-fed ground beef
- 10-16 oz. package frozen organic broccoli (PCC)
- 10-16 oz. package frozen organic chopped spinach (PCC)
- 1 pint organic egg whites
- 2 tbsp spicy (or regular) Mrs. Dash (or Costco no salt seasoning mix).
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Spray coconut oil onto a HUGE frying pan or wok, dump in beef and stir until pink.
- Drain beef thoroughly in a colander.
- Dump beef back in to pan, add broccoli and spinach and stir until thawed.
- Add spices and egg whites.
- Continue stirring until beef and egg whites are fully cooked.
Makes 7 big servings (and freezes well for later)!
