Yummity Lemony Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 7 drops lemon extract
  • 1 Tablespoon, Ultima lemonade powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender or beefy blender (i.e. Vitamix or Blendtec).
  2. Place back in fridge using the original cottage cheese container or small storage cups.

Makes 6 servings.
