Ingredients:
- 1 pint organic heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp peanut flour
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops grass-fed chocolate whey protein
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a deep mixing bowl and use an electric whisk to combine (a stand mixer is ideal if you have that).
- Mix just until mousse is fluffy. Feel free to whisk longer if you prefer a thicker consistency. Beware if you’re using a high powered stand mixer because that mousse can turn into chocolate butter if left in too long!
- If you like chocolate mint flavor, just add 1/2 teaspoon of organic mint extract.
Note: for vanilla flavor, use these ingredients:

- 2 scoops grass-fed strawberry whey protein
- 3 organic strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried unsweetened strawberries
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
