Ingredients:
- 16 oz. organic cottage cheese (preferably from grass-fed cows)
- 4 scoops Swanson’s chocolate protein powder or the Orgain vegan brand
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Instructions:
- Mix the first four ingredients together with a hand blender or beefy blender (i.e. Vitamix or Blendtec).
- Place back in fridge using the original cottage cheese container or small storage cups
