Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. fat free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia
  • 5 oz. organic blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the blueberries.
  2. Dump thawed blueberries in cottage cheese.
  3. Squirt stevia.
  4. Mix thoroughly with spoon.
  5. Makes 4 servings.

  • Each serving has 92 calories
  • Fat: .2 grams
  • Carbs (net): 7 grams
  • Protein: 11 grams
