Ingredients:
- 16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 7 drops lemon extract
- 1 Tablespoon, Ultima lemonade powder
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender or beefy blender (i.e. Vitamix or Blendtec).
- Place back in fridge using the original cottage cheese container or small storage cups.
