Yummy Tummy Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. non fat plain Greek yogurt (Trader Joe’s, Fage, or Chobani)
  • 1/2 tsp of liquid stevia (regular or raspberry flavored)
  • ½ cup of blueberries or chopped strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Dump everything in a bowl and stir it up.

Makes one big serving.

Nutrient Breakdown:

  • Each serving has 148 calories
  • Fat: .5 grams
  • Carbs: 14 grams
  • Protein: 22 grams
