One Minute Biscuit

#SoEasy! #SoFast! #SoYum!

Ingredients:  

  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 large organic free-range egg
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil

Instructions: 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
  • Microwave for 1 minute (and stand 3+ feet from the microwave while it’s on).
  • Immediately remove from the mug and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  • Now slice and enjoy!
