Let’s get right to it (as opposed to most other recipe sites who have obnoxious ads, a long story to scroll through, etc.).
- 1 Tbsp grass-fed butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 large organic free-range egg
- 2 Tbsp filtered water
- 1/4 cup grass-fed cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp grass-fed heavy whipping cream
Melt the GRASS-FED butter in a coffee mug by microwaving for 20 seconds.
Add coconut flour, baking powder, and seasonings (#4-8 above). Mix thoroughly with a fork.
Add egg, water, GRASS-FED cheese, and GRASS-FED heavy whipping cream. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
Microwave for 3 minutes (and stand 3+ feet from the microwave while it’s on).
Immediately remove from the mug and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Pop it out, slice and enjoy.
