Three Minute Cheddar Biscuit

Oh heck ya! This one is #ToDieFor!

Let’s get right to it (as opposed to most other recipe sites who have obnoxious ads, a long story to scroll through, etc.).

Ingredients:  

  1. 1 Tbsp grass-fed butter
  2. 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/8 tsp onion powder
  6. 1/8 tsp dried parsley
  7. 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  8. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  9. 1 large organic free-range egg
  10. 2 Tbsp filtered water
  11. 1/4 cup grass-fed cheddar cheese
  12. 1 Tbsp grass-fed heavy whipping cream

Instructions: 

  • Melt the GRASS-FED butter in a coffee mug by microwaving for 20 seconds.
  • Add coconut flour, baking powder, and seasonings (#4-8 above). Mix thoroughly with a fork.
  • Add egg, water, GRASS-FED cheese, and GRASS-FED heavy whipping cream. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes (and stand 3+ feet from the microwave while it’s on).
  • Immediately remove from the mug and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  • Pop it out, slice and enjoy.
Makes 5-7 slices
