This recipe was named because of its tendency to cause looser than normal stools in about 9% of our beta testers, so if that is the case with you, look up our Keto Hot Chocolate recipe instead (unless looser stools is something you want, since it can be a nice break from chronic constipation or can give you something in between both extremes, AKA normal bowel movements…).

History Fun Fact: This drink was inspired by King Montezuma who invented a spicy chocolate drink similar to this and drank as much as 2 gallons every day! This of course would NOT be recommended. We recommend limiting this one to 1 per day because it is so filling, due to the high amounts of MCT’s.
Physiology fun fact: When consumed in the morning, this recipe will keep you full for HOURS and will set the tone for the day by putting your body in a fat burning state.
