There are now words for how good this tastes on veggies, as a dunk for meat, etc. Even acronyms like OMG can’t describe the delectable deliciousness in Beege’s Blistful Butter.
- 16 oz. kerrygold
- .5 T sea salt
- 3 T dried parsley flakes
- 1 T garlic granules
- 4 T minced garlic
- .5 oz chopped fresh chives
- Melt the butter on low on the stove. Turn off when it’s half melted and let sit to melt the rest of the way.
- Pour butter into blender.
- Add everything else into blender.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Eat it melted as a dunk, or let it harden back up to use it as regular butter for many other applications.
