I concocted a delicious nutrient-dense smoothie for my pregnant daughter and she LOVES it.
So do I, but did some mods for myself and my wife.
Here’s what I put in the blender (everything organic, of course):
1 C frozen spinach
1 C frozen berry medley
1/3 banana
1/2 avocado
1 scoop peanut flour
2 T chia seeds
2 Brazil nuts
1/2 C kefir
2 C filtered water
1 T raw honey
1 big squirt stevia glycerite
5 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop collagen
Then blend until its thick and smooth with no chunks.
